I was really excited to see what this would look like but to my surprise it was an utter disaster and disappointment. The necklace and locket looks cheap and yellow. The lock is flimsy and uses a bendable locking mechanism that is very difficult to open and after you bend it to open it, you also have to bend it to close it. I really want a full refund because everything looked cheaply made.

Where do I begin? First off, let me say the customer service was beyond amazing. I was looking for a locket where I could have more than 2 photos and engrave something on it, not knowing if what I picturing in my mind actually existed. After looking at several in person stores and online stores and not finding what I was looking for, I came across this company. I saw exactly what I was looking for and was excited. As I was scrolling, I came across another locket that I liked. I thought I found something I couldn’t live without, until I came across the personalized locket. Where they would take a picture of something and engrave it on a locket. The only issue was. It only allowed for 2 photos and I wanted at least 4. I reached out to the company and they responded within 24 hours. We messaged back and forth for a couple days, as they worked on and sent me previews of what I wanted. I changed it a couple times and they were still willing to work with me. I finalized exactly what I wanted and we sealed the deal. I received my locket within a week of me placing my order and I couldn’t be any happier. I am more than sure I will be ordering from this company again. I am in ABSOLUTE LOVE with my locket, it is literally everything I wanted and more.

Absolutely over the moon with the locket. We had it made for our mums 85th and as there are 4 of us, it was perfect for her to have a picture of each of us in the locket. Very well made, packaged beautifully and arrived in plenty of time.
