I was delighted with my purchase. It was for my mother-in-law’s special birthday and she was absolutely thrilled to receive it. We had it personalised with engraving on the reverse, which was beautiful. The photos inside of her three grandchildren were of high quality and made it a lovely gift. Absolutely love it, love it, love it! It brought tears to my sister-in-law’s eyes when we gave it to her to celebrate her being 80 years young. My husband has stage 4 oesophageal cancer and sadly doesn’t have long left in this world, so I decided to put his picture and that of their older sister, who is no longer with us, in the locket. This locket will be treasured as it is passed down the line to our niece, who also shed a tear. It was the perfect gift. I love it so much that I am going to order another one or two for myself!
I cannot thank the team enough for speeding the order through for me. We didn’t think my husband could make the journey to Wales (180 miles) but he decided last minute that he would try but not tell any of the family, so it was a total surprise when I took his wheelchair into the party.
