I ordered a diamond set heart shaped locket on the 18th August and received it on the 21st, so really impressed with the delivery time.
The standard of the locket, packaging and photographs inside were amazing.
However, I was even more impressed with the standard of aftercare, which is always useful when ordering of the internet. In this instance the engraving date was incomplete but with one email to James a replacement item was produced which I have just received on the 27th which is perfect.
Mistakes can always happen but knowing the aftercare service is impeccable gives you the confidence to order from this company again. Thanks James.
